No! Our products do not contain synthetic preservatives, additives, artificial flavors or artificial colors. Our labels reflect our formulas use only straight-from-nature ingredients.

All varieties of our fruit and vegetable bits are naturally gluten-free. This means they contain no wheat, rye, barley or other gluten-contained ingredients.

Yes! Our process uses only plant-derived ingredients including pectin so our fruit and vegetable bits are free of animal-based gelatin or thickeners.

Products made from vegetables, fruits and grains have no trans fats. Because we use only natural ingredients, there are no partially hydrogenated oils in any of our products. We formulate our bits with the best natural ingredients and through a proprietary process that eliminates the need to any additives, preservatives or chemicals. We have 0g of trans fat.

Generally the sugars in our all fruit bits that are listed in the nutrition facts come from the fruit itself.  These are known as natural sugars (Fructose is naturally found in fruits and some vegetables.). We do not use high fructose corn syrup or added sweeteners. However, we can formulate a sugar-added version to reduce costs; please discuss options with our sales representative.

All of our products are certified Kosher. We provide manufacturers our Orthodox Union (OU) Kosher certification with each shipment; however each manufacturer needs to also certify its finished product.

Our goal is to price our products to be competitive so that many manufacturers can reap the benefits of our all natural fruit and vegetable bits. Our bits are made using only real, natural plant-derived ingredients without the addition of preservatives, additives or chemicals/waxes.  We are a custom producer and upon request we can formulate our fruit and vegetable bits so that they can be labeled "organic," which means they contain 95+% organic ingredients (excluding water or salt) or "made with organic ingredients," which means they contain 70 — 95% organic ingredients. Our sales representatives will work with you to identify formulation options to fit your needs.

Beyond Ingredients does not produce products that contain any quantity of the eight major food allergens (Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Milk, Peanuts, Soy, Tree Nuts, or Wheat).  As a result, an allergen preventive program is unnecessary. Nonetheless, our manufacturing facilities meet with the highest standards of cleanliness, and we maintain all cleaning and Quality Control protocol on file.

We provide Nutritional Facts on our labels that accompany each shipment. Our nutritional information is derived with product development software that uses the product's recipe to determine nutritional labeling. We review nutrition labels on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and FDA compliance. We can also validate our facts by submitting samples of the product for nutritional testing to a third-party lab.

Generally our low water activity bits have a 12+ month shelf life.

Our products are intrinsically safe. Our unique technology produces fruit and vegetable bits that have a very low water-activity and PH level and therefore the microbial load is negligible/non-existent. (If a customer combines our practically sterile product with other high water activity elements, they will need to assure the safety of the combination). We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every shipment that verifies the safety and quality of our fruit and vegetable bits.  We are GFSI compliant and continually review our processes to ensure the delivery of safe products. We also comply with good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and have a documented HAACP program for every processing line.
